How do I order?

Please provide an image of what you want to use and on what product, along with any other details or questions you have. A proof will be provided to you before production is started. Once accepted payment will be expected, and the order will not be shipped until payment is received.

Refunds will not be allowed once production has officially started.

Shipping info will be discussed during the early phases of an order, I’ll ask for your address info that’s required for shipping. If for some reason I cannot ship to your area I will tell you. If you are international there may be extra fees to make sure your order gets to you, but that is very country specific. I usually will ship an order out thru USPS. I won’t expect you to pay anything until we have all info and ability to ship verified.

If you are local to Chippewa Falls we can meet somewhere and you can either pick it up or I’ll deliver it to you. There wont be a shipping or delivery fee if you chose to pick it up yourself.

What’s the turnaround on an order? Do you do rush orders?

That depends on the nature of the order itself. If I deem it simple enough I can possibly get it done and shipped within a week, but there is no guarantee if the order is deemed too complex or too large. You can request updates at anytime during the production process.

I currently DO NOT ALLOW RUSH ORDERS. If you have a time frame please inform me but do note that doesn’t guarantee it will be met depending on what’s being ordered and how much. However I will try my best to meet it.

Will you ship to my area? Can I pick it up myself?

Are there content restrictions regarding images I can get engraved/sublimated?

While I’m more than willing to make almost any artwork or photo physical for someone I do have to have some restrictions in place, either for legal or comfort reasons. If you are unsure if your artwork is not allowed you can always ask me via email. I may decline an order if the artwork provided violates these rules especially:

Subjects that are NOT ALLOWED no exceptions:

  • Pedophilia or anything that depicts child abuse/harm

  • clear real life crime being committed, such as a photo of a murder for example

  • strong political propaganda (especially far-right content) as well any Nazi imagery

  • Depicted nonconsensual acts

WITH REGARDS TO AI GENERATED CONTENT: if you insist on providing AI generated images they MIGHT be accepted, but I will not be providing any services to edit said image to make them look better. The only thing that might change is the shape of the cutout if you elected to get a custom shape, and that will be shown in a proof provided to you.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE AN ORDER IM PERSONALLY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH. You will be informed why if this is the case.

While I don’t require every customer to be over 18+ (a legal adult in WI) I may reject or restrict my services to minors for any reason, especially if it involves sensitive subjects or copyrighted material.

Any image sent to me may be subject to review and it is the responsibility of the client to make sure they’re allowed to use this image, especially if its copyrighted.

What services do you provide?

Currently I am offering customizable items made out of sublimated hardboard, laser cut to custom shapes. The backside can be laser engraved with an image of you’re choosing. The sublimation side of the hardboard will be in full color. Basic accessories for your item will be provided for free if needed (such as a lanyard for badges)

I now also offer 20oz skinny rainbow tumblers, laser engraved with either a design I’ve made or artwork a customer wants to provide.

A proof will be provided for each client to approve of before production is started.

In the future I plan on opening up more options including, glass drinkware, full wood products, and more.

DO NOTE I DO NOT MAKE CUSTOM ARTWORK FOR CLIENTS CURRENTLY. I can translate/work with photos as well as digital artwork provided but I’m not offering services to edit artwork outright. I can edit certain graphics outside of the images provided, such as adding background patterns or contour lines around an image in the piece. If you’re an artist wanting something engraved its highly appreciated if you provided a purely black n white version of your artwork!
